Welcome to MVS Blog
From 06 January 2026, CBSE kicks off its yearly mental wellness effort for Class X and XII learners. Support stays available at no cost through 01 June 2026, timed alongside test dates to catch rising pressure early. While schoolwork matters, managing feelings stands just as tall. That stretch gives room to breathe when things get heavy.
Starting 17 February 2026, written tests become less shaky when students use this program. Calm shows` up first, then clear thinking follows close behind. Confidence isn’t forced - it grows quiet and real. Passing matters, sure, yet how it feels along the way holds weight too. Staying balanced during exam time? That’s where focus lands.

Students can access round-the-clock support by dialing 1800-11-8004 through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), available in Hindi and English. The IVRS provides guidance on:
Stress-free examination preparation
Effective time and stress management
Frequently asked questions
Important CBSE-related contact information
This service is available to students at any time as required.

Students and parents can interact with a panel of 73 trained professionals, including Principals, Counselors, Special Educators from CBSE-affiliated schools, and qualified Psychologists.
61 counselors are based in India
12 counselors are based in Nepal, Japan, Qatar, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates
Volunteers make up this broad support system, offering help with exams when it's needed most. Help shows up quietly, guided byexperience, without any requirement to join. When test time comes around, someone is always there who knows the way through

CBSE has also made available a curated collection of digital resources on:
Stress management
Effective study strategies
Emotional well-being
These materials are accessible on the official CBSE website www.cbse.gov.in and are designed to be engaging, concise, and easy for students to use.

Right now, CBSE wants families and learners to make real use of counselling help. This step fits into broader moves by the Board keeping teens steady emotionally through tough exam times in grades 10th and 12th.
