Answer - Food Storage Methods:
Rice and Pulses: Use salt lump or turmeric in rice container. Rice should be stored in a place where sunlight does not reach and there is no moisture. Keep the pulses in a clean, dry and closed vessel. Also use specific Ayurvedic pills. Tie them in a thin cloth so that they can be easily removed before cooking.
Spices: Keep spices in air-tight containers or store them in tins or bottles to extend their shelf life.
